Returning/cancelling shipments/products

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are responsible only for the return shipping costs from your home to the online shop. These costs are approximately 7,25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates. Please include the form below with your return shipment.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@bewusteboer.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
